Key Responsibility Areas –

  • – Marketing Analytics: Campaign tracking and optimization (Emailer, Push, In-App, Digital marketing etc) and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • – Growth Programs Management (developing, tracking and optimization): Loyalty program, Subscription program, user transaction bucketing, customer life cycle value management etc
  • – Conducting customer behaviour studies (purchase and browsing pattern) in order to generate actionable insights
  • – Develop strategy for new business growth and traffic & conversion improvement
  • – Define business problems, develop processes, drive implementation and track key metrics
  • – Conduct relevant analysis by collecting data from all internal and external sources to get answers to business questions
  • – Help support category managers & merchandisers to grow business and help manage P&L to ensure growth in sales, margins, seller experience & customer experience
  • – On a daily basis, gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations
  • – Creating relevant data reporting dashboards to support business growth
  • – Category Traffic funnel analysis and optimization
  • – CTR (Clicks) & CVR (conversion) improvement ownership based on experimentation and historic data analysis
  • – Key metrics reporting dashboard and report creation
  • – Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • – Responsible for planning, implementing and executing online customer acquisition campaigns to generate business growth (GMV)
  • – A / B Testing, Performance Metrics Analysis, customer insights, growth and improvement opportunities, creating viral growth program along with category managers
  • – Deciding the Top of the funnel flows (with help of merchandising) to improve visits and conversions
  • – Deciding the Cashback and discount schemes that need to be implemented historic data
